Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 September 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of DealPulse, an online service that analyses sales call transcripts, available at yourdealpulse.com (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Digiteum Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Szafarnia 11/F8, 80-755 Gdańsk, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000866372, NIP 5833409796 (EU VAT: PL5833409796), REGON 387354235 ("Digiteum", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DealPulse reads sales call transcripts you upload, extracts signals and risks from them, and produces summaries, recommendations and reports to support your own commercial decisions. Registration is open to anyone who accepts these Terms. The Service is offered on a free allowance and on paid plans, described in section 2 and on our pricing page.

2. Fees and payment

Every analysis you run uses one credit. New accounts receive five credits once, free of charge and without a card. After that you can subscribe to Solo at €24 per month excluding VAT, which includes 50 credits each month, and you can buy one-off packs of 5, 10 or 25 credits at €10, €20 and €50 excluding VAT. Current prices are on the pricing page; if they change, the price you already pay for a running subscription period does not.

VAT. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout according to your location and status. If you supply a valid EU VAT number outside Poland, the reverse charge is applied.

Subscription and renewal. Solo is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until you cancel. Monthly credits do not roll over into the following month. Packs do not expire while your account exists, and remain usable whether or not you subscribe.

Cancelling. You can cancel from inside the Service at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; your account, your history and any packs you hold stay with you afterwards.

Refunds. Fees are non-refundable. If you delete your account before the end of your paid subscription period, any remaining credits stay available only during the account recovery period. Unused credits expire when the account is permanently deleted.

Running out. We never charge you automatically when your credits run out. The Service tells you and waits.

How long credits last. The five free analyses never expire. Analyses bought in a pack never expire while your account exists, whether or not you subscribe. The 50 analyses included with Solo are for that month: they do not roll over, and unused ones lapse at the end of the period they were granted for.

The recovery period. Asking us to delete your account starts a 30-day recovery period. The account is blocked for that time and nothing is destroyed, so a deletion made by mistake can be undone. Deletion becomes permanent at the end of it. This is account termination, not credit expiry: purchased analyses never expire while your account exists.

When an analysis fails. An analysis is spent when you receive it. If one fails, the credit returns to the pot it came from automatically, whatever the cause. We do not classify the fault.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.; we do not receive or store your card details. Stripe also calculates the VAT shown at checkout.

3. Your account

You sign in with a supported identity provider (currently Google or Microsoft) or with a one-time link sent to your email address. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. You must be at least 18 and use the Service on behalf of a business, not as a consumer.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the transcripts and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us the licence needed to operate the Service: to store, process and analyse Your Content, including passing it to the AI providers named in our Privacy Policy, solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for Your Content. In particular, you confirm that you have the legal right to record, transcribe and upload the conversations you submit, including any consent required from call participants under the laws that apply to you. Do not upload content you have no right to process.

You can delete deals, and the transcript-derived data they contain, from within the Service at any time.

5. AI output and decisions

The Service uses large language models. Its output, including signals, summaries, stages and Keep, Pause or Stop recommendations, is decision support, not advice. Output can be incomplete or wrong, and the Service is designed so that you review and correct it. You remain solely responsible for your commercial decisions. Nothing in the Service is legal, financial or professional advice.

6. Acceptable use

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, prompts and reports structure, belongs to Digiteum and its licensors. These Terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is active. Your Content remains yours.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and your data safe, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We may modify or discontinue features; if we discontinue the Service entirely we will give you reasonable notice and the opportunity to export or delete your data.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digiteum is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability in connection with the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim arose or, if you have paid us nothing, to EUR 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, or discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Your Content responsibilities, IP and liability) survive termination.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes we will notify you in the Service or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent for Digiteum's registered office, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or local-law protections that may apply to you.

13. Contact
