Pipeline decision intelligence

Which deals are still worth your time?

You carry the pipeline in your head and sell between everything else. DealPulse reads your call transcripts and gives every deal a straight Keep, Pause or Stop — so your next hour goes to a deal that is actually moving.

The problem

Your pipeline says "in progress".
That tells you nothing.

Call notes pile up, deals drift, and the honest question, is this one still worth my time?, goes unanswered until the quarter ends.

Notes are not answers

Meeting summaries tell you what was said. They do not tell you whether the deal deserves another call.

Dead deals hide well

A deal with friendly conversations and no buying signals can sit in your pipeline for months looking alive.

Optimism is not a method

Without evidence in front of you, every judgement call defaults to hope. Hope is expensive.

How it works

From transcript to verdict in three steps

1Upload a call transcript

Drop in the transcript from any call recorder or note taker. Each call lands on the deal it belongs to, building one timeline per deal.

2DealPulse extracts the evidence

Confirmed signals, missing signals, risks and deal-ending facts. Every finding is tied to what was actually said, with the quote kept for you to check.

3You get a straight answer

Keep investing, pause, or stop. You stay the judge: if a verdict looks wrong you correct it, and your correction is treated as the truth.

Every deal in one place

One card holds everything the calls have established about a deal: who is in the room, the running context and summary, and where it stands right now.

  • The confirmed decision-maker, set by you
  • Business context and summary that update every call
  • A current Keep, Pause or Stop, with its reason

Every verdict shows its evidence

Behind each recommendation sits the exact line from the call that supports it, next to the buying signals that are confirmed and the ones still open.

  • The quote behind the verdict, kept for you to check
  • Confirmed signals versus the ones still missing
  • No scores, no probabilities — only what was said

Watch the deal change, call by call

Each call adds to the record. You see what moved, which signals fired, and how the recommendation shifted from one conversation to the next.

  • A summary and signals for every call
  • The moment a deal stalls, flagged for you
  • The recommendation tracked as it changes

Your pipeline, sorted by what to do

Every deal grouped by its verdict, so the ones worth your time this week are the ones in front of you.

  • Keep, Pause and Stop columns at a glance
  • Priority within each, drawn from the calls
  • Deals that just changed, surfaced first

Or by how far each deal has come

Switch to stages derived from the conversations themselves, not from where a CRM dropdown was left.

  • Stages built from what the calls support
  • Signals lighting up as they are confirmed
  • Re-evaluation flags when a call changes things

A weekly read on the whole pipeline

One executive summary names the single biggest thing to fix this week, every figure counted from the conversations.

  • How much of your pipeline is real
  • Where deals are getting stuck
  • Where your team's effort is going

You always have the final call

When you know something the calls do not, overrule the verdict and say why. Your decision becomes the truth the pipeline runs on.

  • Override any Keep, Pause or Stop
  • Record the reason, kept with the deal

Why this exists

Built by a founder who sells

For more than 30 years I have built and run companies, the last 16 leading Digiteum, and most of that time I have been the one selling complex B2B technology. The hard part was never the pitch. It was knowing which deals were still real. DealPulse is the tool I wanted for that: a straight read on where each deal stands, drawn from the calls themselves. I run Digiteum's pipeline on it every week.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

What does DealPulse actually do?+
You upload sales call transcripts. DealPulse reads them, extracts confirmed and missing buying signals, tracks each deal's state across calls, and recommends whether to keep investing, pause, or stop. Reports then read the whole pipeline and show where deals leak.
What do I need to get started?+
Just transcripts. Any call recorder or note taker that exports text works. There is no CRM integration to set up and nothing to install.
Does DealPulse replace my CRM?+
No, and it does not need one. DealPulse reads your calls, not your CRM fields. Keep your CRM for contacts and hygiene; use DealPulse to decide which deals are actually worth your time.
Which transcript tools work?+
Any tool that exports a transcript. We accept .doc and .pdf files today; there is nothing to connect.
How long does analysis take?+
Around a minute per call. Upload a transcript and the deal updates shortly after.
Can I edit or override the recommendations?+
Yes. If a verdict looks wrong, override it and record why. Your decision becomes the truth the pipeline runs on — DealPulse never overrules you.
Which languages are supported?+
English today. Support for more languages is in progress.
Can my team collaborate?+
Not yet — DealPulse is single-user for now. Team accounts are on the roadmap, and we are using pilot feedback to shape them. You can still invite a friend to try it.
Can I export my deals and reports?+
Yes. Export any single deal as a PDF, and export your whole pipeline as a CSV from Settings.
How many deals can I analyse?+
As many as your plan allows — each analysis uses one credit. Pilot users start with a batch of credits, enough to try it on real deals.
Is my data used to train AI models?+
No. Your transcripts remain yours. They are processed only to generate your analysis and are never used to train AI models. You can delete your deals at any time.
Where is my data stored?+
In the European Union. The application and database run on AWS in Ireland, and sign-in is handled by Supabase, also hosted in the EU. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Who is DealPulse for?+
Founders and leaders who sell themselves and carry the pipeline in their head. If you run five to fifty active conversations and need to decide where your next hour goes, it was built for you.
What does it cost?+
DealPulse is in an invite-only pilot and free while it stays there. Pricing will be published before general availability, and pilot users hear about it first.
